Georgia Peanut Dukkah

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds


  • Toast the peanuts, coriander, cumin, and sesame seeds in a dry skillet, stirring frequently, until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Season heartily with salt and pepper.
