Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon Lemonade is a light and refreshing summer drink made with pureed watermelon and homemade lemonade. I add chili pepper to give it some kick -- and to help replace the alcohol!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed Watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Simple syrup to taste (1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups water or to taste
  • 1/2 Red jalapeno seeded, to taste

Instructions

  • Place everything in a blender. Puree. Enjoy!
