Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cubed firm fish such as pollock cod, or salmon
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup grated cabbage or arugula for serving
  • 1 avocado for serving
  • 4 sliced radishes for serving
  • ½ cup freshly picked cilantro leaves for serving
  • 2 limes quartered, for serving
  • Salsa for serving

Instructions

  • Drain the fish well and pat dry. Place in a bowl and add cornstarch, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and coat.
  • Spray the air fryer basket or line with a paper liner. Add the coated fish and cook for about 8 minutes or according to air fryer instructions.
  • Remove and serve with tortillas and garnishes.
