Add the turkey, tomatoes, red peppers, red pepper flakes, and crushed fennel. Stir to combine, breaking up the turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer and cook until the mixture is well-combined and saucy, 8 to 10 minutes.
